Luminous Dazzle and Leaf in Hot Day, Huh?.
Tell Your Tale character contests are various national art contests held by Hasbro and one local toy store chain, wherein the 1st (and often only prize) is to get the character design included in one or more episodes of My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale.

Rules and rule changes[]
All contests have had a rule that contestants had to be a legal resident of the country the contest was held in, and that ponies had to have a visible cutie mark for animation team referencing (It is unclear whether the contest rule makers were aware that this would exclude blank flank designs).
Other rules have changed frequently and have been tightened significantly for each new contest. To prevent adult fan from getting in the contest with unfair advantages, after the Swedish contest, Hasbro established an upper age limit of no higher than 13 for all future contests.
Contests after the Dutch one tried to close age loopholes even further, with attempts including to only announce the UK contest in the Egmont magazine, requiring kids to be accompanied by an adult, or requiring participants to buy a toy at the toy store chain.
Additionally, at the time of the Swedish contest, it had not been formally stated in the rules that the winner had to forfeit all intellectual property to their submitted pony design. Such a rule appears to have been explicitly added to all later contests.
