Summary[]
Pipp introduces herself to the listener and explains that sleep is very important to ponies. She explains she has serenades that are used specifically to get ponies to get to sleep.
Her first serenade is a breathing exercise. The listener can imagine themselves as a pegasus, breathing in and out as they visualize soaring through the clouds.
Her next sereande follows a lazy Pipp morning. She wakes up and heads to the spa for a hooficure, and then takes a dip in the hot tub. She finishes off with some stretches, deciding eventually to still return to her bed to get more sleep.
She goes on to explain a Zephyr Heights shopping spree. Telling the listener to be aware of their surroundings and to imagine a calm mall trip. She guides the listener through various candle scents and what thoughts they may evoke.
The final serenade follows her traveling to Maretime Bay for a beach picnic and campfire with her friends. She ends the story, and the podcast, by falling asleep.
