Mayflower is a female earth pony. Mayflower has a very light green coat with dark yellow eyes and a very light green belly. Her hair is sliver with green highlights and her cutie mark is a cut papaya.

Mayflower first appears during the song Gonna Be My Day as Sunny rollerblades through Maretime Bay, she is then seen greeting Sheriff Hitch alongside Dahlia. She then attends the Canterlogic show and watches as Sunny tries to convey her message. Her final appearance is during the song Danger, Danger as Sprout rallies up the earth ponies against the Unicorns and Pegasus.
My Little Pony: Make Your Mark[]
Chapter 1[]
In Make Your Mark, Mayflwer is seen in a trio alongside Posey Bloom and Dahlia criticizing the new Maretime Bay Day.
Chapter 2[]
In Growing Pains, Mayflower is seen as the Pippsqueaks yell out that everyone can use their magic and later in that same episode she attends the town meeting and has her magic evaluated. In Ali-Conned, Mayflower is one of the ponies who gathers in the town square. In The Cutie Mark Mix-Up, Mayflower attends the grand opening of the community garden, she then is seen complaining to Hitch about his lack of talking. In Hoof Done It?, Mayflower is questioned by Zipp about the lamp in her bag and in Have You Seen This Dragon?, Mayflower is seen running away from Hitch during Operation Glitter Bomb.
Chapter 3[]
In Winter Wishday, Mayflower is one of the ponies who help decorate Maretime Bay. She then appears as one of the ponies attending the Winter Wishday concert in Zephyr Heights.
Chapter 4[]
In Top Remodel, Mayflower waves at Izzy and Sunny as they are gathering ideas for what to do with Canterlogic Studios. In Sunny Side Up, Mayflower is seen as one of the ponies who attends the grand opening of Canterlove Studios.
Chapter 5[]
In Cutie Blossom Bash, Mayflower is seen attending the event.
Chapter 6[]
In Roots of All Evil Pt. 1, Mayflower has her cutie mark stolen by Opaline. In Roots of All Evil Pt. 2, she joins everypony in singing in support of Sunny, and regains her cutie mark upon Opaline's defeat.
