The Maretime Bay Day was or is a holiday-like event in Maretime Bay hosted by Sunny Starscout, in an attempt to make the three pony species know each other better and become friends. The event was notable in that it was portrayed in 3 different G5 media within the span of less than 14 hours, indicating that there was significant co-ordination between different G5 production teams about when to introduce specific plot elements.

Agreed events[]
Sunny Starscout, having witnessed the 3 ponykinds struggling to get along after they re-established interactions at the end of My Little Pony: A New Generation, and with pegasus and unicorn ponies struggling to figure out how to use magic, decides to host a big celebration day in Maretime Bay where all ponykinds get an opportunity to get to know each other.
Despite various activities having been planned, especially on the town beach, the previous bickering between ponykinds resume in the afternoon, causing great problems for Maretime Bay and for inter-ponykind relations, resulting in things like pegasus ponies losing magic and falling from the sky. The problems are eventually solved by Sunny and her friends, with ponykinds being much kinder to each other afterwards.
Account conflicts[]
The timespan of events in Make Your Mark and A Maretime Bay Adventure make it unlikely that all of their events could've happened on the same day, with the former's problems caused entirely by Sprout, and the latter's problems by a magic-related dark force.
In particular, the events between the early afternoon and sunset would leave a fairly narrow time window for the 3 medias' events to co-exist, with MYM having the dark void attack in the early afternoon, TYT having Posey demonstrate plant magic in full daylight, and AMBA having the earth ponies host a protest a short while before sunset at a point where the other media had already shown them as becoming best friends with other ponykinds.
The whereabouts of many of the ponies also differ significantly, especially for Hitch Trailblazer and Zipp Storm. Hitch runs herding contests and bunny policing in AMBA, a dance performance in TYT, and sheriff office work in MYM.
