Let's Make Our Mark Together is the theme song for My Little Pony: Make Your Mark. It was featured in the first special episode and is sung by Pipp Petals, Izzy Moonbow and Jazz Hooves. It was composed by Igor Correia and Jeff Milutinovic. An instrumental version plays in the main menu of My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery and during the credits of My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure.
An extended version of the theme song was released to the My Little Pony YouTube channel on June 11, 2022, with snippets being teased prior on other social media.
