I've Seen Fire and I've Seen Rain(Bows) is the fifty-fourth episode of My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale. It was released on June 15, 2023.

Synopsis[]

Pipp tells a dramatic version of the story about Sparky's abduction and Sunny's battle against Opaline.

Plot[]

The episode starts with Pipp recounting the incident of Opaline draining Sparky of his magic and using it to attack a Raccoonicorn. However, Zipp and the rest of the Mane 6 state that there were no raccoonicorns then, much to Pipp's annoyance. Pipp then recounts how Misty raced to the Crystal Brighthouse to alert the Mane 5 and help save him, but Misty is unsure if this was true since she brought him to Opaline in the first place. The others reassure her that she did the right thing in the end and was rewarded with a real cutie mark.

Pipp then recounts Sunny's battle against Opaline. She recalls how Sunny got her leg stuck under a fallen piece of the ceiling, but Izzy adds her using donuts to the flashback. Pipp then accurately recalls Sunny blasting Opaline with her magic and trapping her in a force field, but Hitch has Pipp to stop telling the story since it was scaring a traumatized Sparky. The Mane 6 reassure Sparky that Opaline can't hurt them anymore, but Sunny and Misty are unsure. Meanwhile, Opaline looks in the mirror admiring her new power saying that she'll easily defeat the Mane 6.

  • This episode takes place after Cutie Blossom Bash from My Little Pony: Make Your Mark Chapter 5.
  • This episode is a recap of Missing the Mark.
  • This episode reveals that Misty had a makeover that changed her mane color.
    • However in Cutie Blossom Bash, it is revealed that Izzy and Pipp changed Misty's mane color.
  • Sparky is still recovering from Opaline's attempt to drain his magic until the events of Family Trees.
  • This is Opaline's final canon appearance in the first season of Tell Your Tale, as Nightmare Market and The Rise and Fall are non-canon episodes.
