Synopsis[]
Maretime Bay is suffering from high summer heat. Zipp's solution is to get everypony to go to the beach.
Plot[]
The episode starts with Zipp surfing on the waves when she notices that the beach is empty. She heads into town and finds everyone sweating heavily. But when she tries to tell everyone that it's cooler at the beach, no one, not even her friends, believes her. Sunny and Hitch try to hydrate several customers, and Pipp and Izzy fight over where to put the fans for Mane Melody. Zipp gets so upset that she heads for the beach alone. Misty is concerned about Zipp and decides to head down with her to find that Zipp was right the whole time. Misty explains to Zipp that sometimes others are too deep in their ideas to listen. After hearing that Misty has never had a beach day, Zipp takes her to have fun. Misty post their beach day on social media convincing everyone to join them. Pipp ignores the fact that Zipp was the one who suggested it making Zipp mad, but Misty calms her down and the two continue their beach day.
