Glitter cupcake is a male Earth pony with a pale yellow coat and light brown hair. His eye color changes between he has dark brown eyes in My Little Pony: Make Your Mark and red eyes in My Little Pony: A New Generation. He has light brown hooves and he is always shown wearing in a blue hardhat.

Glitter Cupcake first appears outside Canterlogic during Gonna Be My Day. He then also appear during the Canterlogic show. He later appears running into a sewer when Izzy Moonbow arrives in Maretime Bay. He then appear as one of the Canterlogic employees working on Sproutacus Maximus. While working on Sprotacus Maximus, he falls to the ground before being lifted up by a crane.

Chapter 2[]
Glitter Cupcake appears in Growing Pains where he is one of the ponies tasked with giving Sprout his community service. He then runs away from the giant berry.
Chapter 5[]
In Nightmare on Mane Street, he appears walking through the town during Nightmare Night. He later appears at the Mane 6's haunted house.
