Bridlewood is a forest settlement in Equestria inhabited by unicorns. It is the place of residence of Izzy Moonbow and Alphabittle. It is first introduced in the film My Little Pony: A New Generation.
Bridlewood seems to be set in the forests near old Vanhoover, based off of G5 promotional art.
At the time of A New Generation, the village had no known electricity or other power sources, leading to situations like a dancing game arcade machine being run by armadillos in hamster wheels, and using spinning wood panels instead of a screen. Since the return of magic, unicorns who reside in Bridlewood have been seen acquiring and using smartphones.
The general vicinity of Bridlewood is home to many mythical villainous creatures (Most, but not all, of them being proven to exist eventually), including Troggles, Bighoof, and baking ghosts, which has placed Bridlewood's unicorn community fairly constantly in a state of paranoia for decades.
Infrastructure and places[]
Bridlewood is more a forest than a village, but it has many treehouses and other places in there. Bridlewood is known for having a big amout of crystals in the woods, big and small, they also have healing crystals.

Unicorns' treehouses
All unicorns' houses are inside the trees, inside the buildings, it's able to see the trees' trunk, roots and branches, they even uses the branches for an extra decoration for the terraces.

La Villa Izzy
Izzy's house, where she lives and where she does her "uni-cycling". Sunny, Hitch, Zipp and Pipp stay in Izzy's house for shelter and to hide themselves from the other unicorns.
Crystal Tea Room[]
Crystal Tea Room
The Crystal Tea Room is the place where all unicorns go to drink tea. Alphabittle works there as a clerk and challenges the other unicorns to get prices. In the Tea Room, there is a stage with a microphone, Onyx is seen there reciting a poem about earth ponies and pegasi during the movie.
At the time of A New Generation, electricity was non-existent at the premises. By the time of Bridlewoodstock, a flatscreen TV able to receive broadcasts from Zephyr Heights had been installed behind the counter.

An outdoor playground where foal unicorns go to play. Before magic returned, the young unicorns seen in the playground seemed depressed.

Trivia[]
- The fact that unicorns live in treehouses on Bridlewood forest is similar to the fact that Twilight Sparkle, when she was still an unicorn, used to live in Golden Oak Library, that was actually a stocky hollowed-out tree.
