Dragons are large reptilian creatures seen in My Little Pony: Make Your Mark and My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale. One of them, Sparky Sparkeroni, is one of the main characters in the series. They are known for their magical Dragonfire.
Appearance[]
Most dragons resemble classical European dragons, with large bodies, long necks and tails, scales, and bat-like wings.
Abilities[]
Each dragon has special dragonfire magic with different abilities. Currently we know that Spike has teleportation magic, Sparky has transformation magic, Tumble has wind magic, Luxxe has light magic and Fountain has water magic. What types of dragon magic other dragons have, like Blaize, Leaf, Jade or Lava is currently unknown.
Cutie Marks[]
Most of the dragons other than Spike and Sparky have been seen with a new type of cutie mark on them. Currently we don't know how they get the cutie marks or the difference between the dragon cutie marks and pony cutie marks.

Trivia[]
- In G4, dragons were known for eating gems and rocks.
- In G4, dragon eggs could only hatch after being exposed to intense heat, such as from fire, lava, or unicorn magic.
- In G4, most dragons are born without wings, and they sprout wings later on. Sparky is special, as he was born with wings.
- In G5, each dragon's fire has its own unique magic.
- In G5, the young generation of dragons are seen possessing some kind of Cutie Marks that reflect the type of magic their flames possess.
- The only dragons that are seen without a Cutie Mark are Spike and Sparky. While the reason for Sparky not have one is for being too young, the reason why Spike doesn't have one is likely because he is from the generation when dragons didn't have any.
- Spike, Fountain, Luxxe and Leaf are the only dragons who never appeared in Tell Your Tale.
