Diggy is male background Earth pony who first appeared in My Little Pony: A New Generation. He is named through dubbing credits in the episode Make Your Mark.

Diggy is a male earth pony with a light pink coat and a blonde main and tail. His eye color changes between media in the movie he has aqua colored eyes but in Make Your Mark he has purple eyes. He has brown hooves and can often be seen wearing purple glasses. His cutie mark is of a cupcake.

In Bridlewoodstock, he and Sander are cheering as Ruby Jubilee sings, with Ferris standing on their backs. In Sunny Side Up, Diggy is seen getting his mane done in Mane Melody.

In Cutie Blossom Bash, he is seen cheering on Ferris with Sander by his side. In Mane Smelody, Diggy is seen at the launch of the perfume and later taking part in the Mane Smelody Challenge.
Chapter 6[]
In Roots of All Evil Pt. 1, he can be seen defending Sander, putting his hoof in front of him. He and Sander ended up getting quickly stopped by Lava and Jade as Opaline steals their cutie marks after she stole Hitch's cutie mark.

- According to SnookumsGal, one of the animators on Make Your Mark, he is gay and is married to his fellow Earth Pony Sanders, who frequently appears by his side. Both share an adopted unicorn son named Ferris. [1]
- Diggy and Sanders both share the distinction of being the first LGBTQ+ characters to appear in My Little Pony: Make Your Mark. However, they are not the first to appear in canon overall, as the G5 comics prior had featured Cherry, and G4 MLP had previously featured several LGBTQ+ characters such as Lyra Heartstrings and Bon Bon and Aunt Holiday and Auntie Loftie.
- Secrets of Starlight is the only special of Make Your Mark he doesn't appear in.
