The Crystal Tea Room is a cafe located in Bridlewood, the cafe seems to be run by Alphabittle Blossomforth. Alphabittle likes to challenge vistors of the cafe to games, displaying their items as trophies behind the counter.
The Crystal Tea Room is the location where Izzy brought Sunny, Pipp, Zipp and Hitch when they were looking for the unicorn crystal. After finding the unicorn that was believed to have the crystal, the unicorn said he lost the crystal in a limbo contest with Alphabittle. Sunny then decided to challenge Alphabittle for the crystal and then won.
