Personality

According to the official "Winning Entries from My Little Pony's Design a Pony contest with the Entertainer" announcement pages from the My Little Pony magazine, Cherry is adventurer, kind and helpful.

Character contest

After Dreamy became the 1st winner and Candy became the 2nd winner, Cherry Plumb was the 3rd winner of an official contest held by the Entertainer from the United Kingdom in January 2023. However only the 1st prize get to have the character show up in an episode of My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale, thus Cherry Plumb never appears in any other official media outside of the magazine.

After Dreamy was declared the first place and Candy was declared the second place ahead, Cherry Plumb was also declared the third place out of an unknown number of entries.

Trivia

• Along with Dreamy and Candy, the winner entries from the Design a Pony contest with the Entertainer were probably announced in January 2023, but it has not been revealed on social media yet until the winner announcement of the contest was featured on pages can be found on the My Little Pony magazine in May 2023.
